With this list I'm aiming to blind second. Going second ended up being the secret sauce I was missing when first trying the deck for this XYZ fest. Occasionally it lets you cheese wins against people playing conservatively thinking you're Numeron, but more importantly it helps avoid getting cheesed by Numeron(/Lyrilusc/equip spam). Getting lethal on board with a Jackal negate/Amano for Wall isn't too uncommon when they have little interaction.

The main going-second spice is 2x Amano-Iwato and 1x Triple Tactics Talent (and accepting 3 Desires to help dig there at the expense of sometimes losing the searchable 1-ofs, etc). There's some anti-synergy between them, but I'm happier with the diversity than running either at 3x.

I ran into enough Exosister and Labrynth to make Feather Duster feel justified, but it is a guaranteed brick when forced first so feel free to cut. Likewise for the second Citadel copy, which brings the deck down to a cleaner 40. I do think one is justifiable though, and I was reasonably happy with 2. Without Terraforming + Secret Village and the link monsters, getting rid of Chicken Game feels less consistent so I do like Citadel as another option & another source of counters to make up for lack of Selene. Mythical Bestiary is also an option but I like it less.

The extra deck doesn't matter too much but still useful. The Rank 3s feel reasonably justified for cases where I draw too many of the level 3s to have something to do with them, but normal summoning a second level 3 has been pretty rare for me when Amano and mini Jackal are competing for it.

The rank 4s came up for me only once (normal summon Amano, Garuda was the only target for Jackal special summon) and that was before I included them. But I'm happier with them in that not.

Rank 6 almost never comes up for me because I usually don't want to take 2 Jackals off the field. Maybe for a lethal push, which is why I've included Utopia Beyond, but it's yet to come up for me.

Rank 7 seems the most attainably useful, but there's not much that's interesting with Odd-Eyes Absolute Dragon being neutered from no links. Big Eye is fun though.

Rank 8/10 is a Galaxy-Eyes Dragon package for board breaking, + Photon Lord so Cerberus can do a Jackal cosplay. I prefer the Galaxy package over the Dingirsu -> Pain Gainer -> Seven Sins -> 4/5-mat Zeus line because this deck (especially an Into the Void variant) has a terrible time recovering if Zeus doesn't solo-win the game from then on.
