Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

Changes from my M5 list:

IN: 3 Chronograph Sorcerer, 1 Timegazer Magician, 3 Mulcharmy Fuwalos

OUT: 3 Performapal Monkeyboard, 1 Performapal Odd-Eyes Butler, 1 Purple Poison Magician, 1 Duelist Alliance, 1 Triple Tactics Talent

There are notes in the M5 list about budget options and the end board going 1st. The rest of these notes are mainly about the changes.

Main Deck: I've gone back and forth between 3 Chronograph/1 Timegazer and 3 Monkeyboard/1 Butler but I prefer Chronograph much more now. Monkeyboard is great if it works. It's 1 card scales or 1 card Electrumite/Beyond the Pendulum but hands can get awkward if negated.

The M5 deck needed more high scales. The deck doesn't have much trouble getting its main low scale, Supreme King Gate Magician. When I bricked, it was often with too many low scales. Getting a high scale was sometimes an issue. Double Iris Magician is the only good high scale in that list. Harmonizing is OK but we'd rather pend summon her.

Chronograph alleviates these issues by being a versatile high scale. It can get more bodies on the field before AND after the pend summon whereas Monkeyboard is often used early. That makes playing through hand traps & going 2nd a bit easier. Chronograph and Timegazer synergize with everything else a bit better by being DARK Spellcasters. However, Monkeyboard synergizes better with Wisdom-Eye Magician.

I added 3 Fuwalos because Maxx C & Ash weren't enough HT.

  • -1 Purple Poison Magician because it's a going 2nd card, same as Fuwa.
  • -1 Duelist Alliance because there are more high scales now with Chronograph. I mainly used DA to search Double Iris Magician.
  • -1 Triple Tactics Talent because it is somewhat replaced by Fuwa as a going 2nd card. TTT was also live a bit less going 1st this month. Probably because of Dominus Impulse.
  • These ratios could be different but I'm not 100% sure yet.

Supreme King Dragon Darkwurm's pend effect is underrated while going 2nd. It is 1 card scales despite locking you to pend summoning DARK and Darkwurm being scale 5.

Extra Deck:

  • Ignister Prominence doesn't come up much but it's non-targeting, non-destruction removal.
  • Abyss Dweller will be banned next month. I might switch it for Magician of Hope to help enable Pendulum Evolution's 2nd pend summon effect.
  • Or Dweller and Ignister for Spright Elf and Promethean Princess to loop Electrumite

Replays

Replays with the combo tag show going 1st combos. Full combo vs Tenpai + 2 vs Droll & Lock Bird. In the Droll replay vs Maliss it would have been better to search Lightwurm on Turn 3 to normal summon and get SKGM back.

In the going 2nd replay vs Memento it may have been better to scale Gate Magician before using Astrograph. In the going 2nd replay vs Maliss, it would have been better to put my monsters in the same column as Terahertz or Druiswarm earlier for Konig Wissen.
