Hit Master 1 with go-2nd Gem-Knights again this season. Only reached M5 last season cause I was a little burntout, but I forgot to submit a decklist.
Wasn't gonna play GK this season but you know, Konami is not being kind to me on these Earth Machine URs so here we are. I was originally playing an F&V package but it wasn't really doing much for me considering all the board breakers I'm playing anyway, so after deranking from M2 to M3, I switched them out for another Thrust and a copy of Talent. Extra Deck changing was taking out the F&V targets for Dragostapelia and Lapus Lazuli, neither of which came up much, but Talent and Thrust both helped in several duels
Nothing interesting to report when it came to match ups cause I basically faced every single same thing as last season for the most part, but 3 different times someone on a 60 card Azamina pile Shiranui-locked me. I almost won one of those too.
Mostly Branded, sometimes Kewl Tune, and if it was Elfnote it was almost always Elfnote-KT, are what I ran into the most. SS and RT were a lot less prevalent this season, and I faced Dracotail and Predaplant a few times. Thankfully only got FTKed by EM once. Branded is still the easiest matchup on average.
