They also don't seem to care about going 2nd and extent through multiple interruptions. I repeat normal Handtraps or few interruptions are mostly useless.

I wanted to wait till the release of the new pack to climb the ladder with tear, but spontaneously decided to give plants a last try (at least in ladder). Since I was bored to play the optimized and very linear sunrikka versions and I just threw all the good extenders into this pile (which is not as linear).

And honestly it was absolutely nuts. I powered through plat. in under 6 hours with an record of 28-4. I definetely got a bit lucky that my opponents were not the top of the crop, but at least for me it was never that easy to reach diamond.

I was really surprised how well the deck was going 2nd. As long as the opponent didn't set up more than 3 interruptions I always had a good chance to bait/extend through. Adventure, Exceed and Lily Borea were often the gamechangers in those situations.

Overall this deck is better than it looks but requires a pilot that knows how to play plants. You could **** up at several stages (for example plant lock yourself too early). Especially the zone placements and management at the end of the combo are a real nightmare. But if you know those interactions you have limitless options.

Is this the best way of playing the deck? Definetely not. But I like it more because it requires you to think and has so many possible lines.
