Not worth playing if you value your sanity: it took 3 days of multiple hours of playing and 6 rank-up games to get to Lvl. MAX, but the play up to Lvl. 19 was decent, <40 duels to get there from the Diamond starting level.
Very simple gameplan: blind 2nd (got tired of losing cointosses and/or bricking with Kashtira), hope to resolve Maxx C or Droll, then use cards in hand to break board and OTK. Overall, Horus bros can OTK by themselves, or go into Rank 8 of choice (mostly Sanaphond to deny GY). Big Bird Horus is an underrated form of removal, devastating if timed correctly (check replays). Super Poly is probably the best board-breaker in the game, and can be follow-up if set. Ancient Chant into Soul Crossing is PEAK if you can resolve it. Match-ups are pretty much decided by your opening hand and topdeck, but it should be noted that Snake-Eyes, Branded, and Memento were particularly problematic for me.
Idk if this deck can get to M1, but I'll give it a shot.
