Reached 1610 with this list. Overall, it's more consistent than hybrid variants like Fiendsmith, Primite, or Sharks. The pure build runs fewer non-engine cards and has a high number of strong starters, which gives it a solid level of consistency.
The Extra Deck is fine—very budget-friendly. You could consider investing in Infernal Flame Banshee to improve weaker lines when opening only Sword, though those lines often get hand-trapped into oblivion anyway.
The Trap is a brick—you don’t need it in any matchup. The standard end board combined with non-engine interactions is almost always enough.
