Notes & Combos
Pretty bog-standard Ryzeal construction, but this thing crushed Platinum and made it through Diamond relatively quickly. Ideally save your normal summon for Ice, which I like using to bring out Star to get Cross right away (and also not risk drawing into it ever).
Biggest curveball is the Tachyon package I saw during my climb that I really liked. Any two level 4s for Galaxy Photon Dragon gets you Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon and Tachyon Transmigration for a 3500 body and a full chain link negate from hand. If you hard-open GETD, you can make Starliege Photon Blast instead, which is even stronger on field.
Biggest part of playing up to Master was getting good and hand-trap manipulation. Lots of Drolls and Lanceas means opportunities to hide Maxx C for after the Called By, but you should still expect it to get hit most of the time. I'd run 3 Fuwas if I had the UR dust for it, but alas.
This deck can be a little bricky, so I understand cutting some of the non-engine for maybe a couple more Seventh Ascensions. Lots of ways to beat an established board, but not so much when you have Droll, Pot of Prosperity, and Seventh Tachyon left to start a combo on Turn 2.
Still figuring out ways to optimize the Ext send to start plays on Turn 1. It can take a little bit of finagling to get the extra material on whichever Ryzeal XYZ you start with and still end on Duo Drive + Detonator + supporting third (usually Starliege).
If anyone knows when Dugares is a better option than literally any of the other monsters let me know. I OTK'd with it one time, but I'm scared to use it as a finisher into Maxx C/Fuwa pushes cause what if it gets Impermed :c
