Droll me, I dare you!

Fun season once the ban list dropped! Maliss is still around and their endboard still deadly but they also brick a lot more often too which has been a lovely feeling

Mitsurugi is quite powerful and generates a ton of advantage (breaking news, I know), but pure is totally manageable. When you start mixing it with Ryzeal (and everything else under the sun!!..) it starts getting more powerful, BUT their followup becomes a lot more linear and if you have the tools to break the board, you can take control of the game more easily imo!

Another beautiful thing about Mitsu Ryzeal is that...at least they aren't hand looping you lol. I did see a pretty steep decrease in the handloop variant.

I am playing the breaker variant because I find it more fun but I think a handtrap approach could work too!

Card Explanation:

• Super Poly x3: God **** MVP this season. Almarduke crazy vs Maliss End Board and Predaplant takes care of their follow up while also being incredible vs Mitsurugi endboards. When decks commonly end on stuff like the Mitsu trap or Crescendo, this card just gets to be unreasonably ignorant
• Iron Wall x3: Yes it is bricky vs Ryzeal, but your matchup is good enough vs them anyway. It remains the strongest win con vs Maliss and is pretty good vs Orcust/Gem Knight if you can protect it
• Duster/Heavy/Lightning: Removing backrow is priority #1 right now. Every game you don't open one of these is infinitely harder
• Upstart x3: I know this is a droll format but if you upstart -> chain super poly they can't droll you, and if they DO have droll and you have no out, the game was probably going to be unwinnable anyway
• Red Reboot: Good vs Orcust/Maliss/Mitsu but kind bricky otherwise. Has some other niche applications.
• Raigeki/Dark Ruler: Unconvinced and open to changing but they did help occasionally
• Roze put in more work this season than ever before! Pitch her for Super poly and remove their monster in EMZ. You get the fusion monster AND roze then can go Camellia/Azalea/Zeke. Also ROTA -> Add Roze -> Super Poly stops droll and can do the above combo

Extra Deck:

• All 4 super poly targets came up. I would not cut ANY of them.
• Ty-Phon is my goat
• Be VERY VERY careful with your one Hayate (and even Kaina!!)
• Camellia in a simplified grind game can kind of solo Ryzeal (btw this season I learned she is the easiest Crooked Cook out in the game)
