Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

Many of the popular decks don't really run Evenly Matched anymore so full Therion package is not necessary. I ran more boardbreakers instead, biasing Evenly over DRNM because it doubles as backrow removal which is more important now that there are more trap decks. I added HFD for that reason too.

I have not really been missing the 141, can be bricky and going second I'd rather see a boardbreaker. Cut one Imperm for ratios. It's better against Tear to Imperm Kit, but I want to see Ash instead in most other matchups (esp since it doesn't target and hits Branded Fusion). I'm still undecided on whether I want to run the third Petal again.

Considerations for endboards:

  • I have generally been trying to end on just Beng, Strenna, Dryas, Konkon with Petal and Princess in GY. Most decks can't play through this board, it is Super Poly-resistant, and you have a lot of follow-up
  • If I have an inkling that opponent is on Bystials (43+ cards) I tend to forego going into Beng and just keep the Jasmine pointing to Strenna to potentially make them brick harder and also keeping resources for Thrasher OTK turn 3
  • If you do not play Regulus ALWAYS end on Strenna or you hard lose to Evenly. With Strenna you still have two interruptions (Princess negate and the monster you summon off Strenna after)

People have vastly overstated the impact of the Lab release for Rikka viability. Furniture Lab is a pretty okay matchup, really it is the floodgates that would make the matchup hard (but those are limited, and except for EEV and D-Barrier they are not searchable with Lady). I climbed from M5 to M1 in a day.
