Notes & Combos
Only started playing Gem-Knights previous season where I mainly used it in the event to learn the basics, this season I decided to try it in ranked and managed to reach Master 1, I'd say I learned around 80% of the deck's full potential and specific interactions
For once it feels nice not caring about coin toss which previously I was losing more than winning and it feels nice having this amount of gas, not being stopped by one Ash or bricking half of matches, it's still an uphill battle against degenerate meta decks that throw out 10 disruptions, negates and even floodgates on top of their power.
It was a smooth climb until Master 2 where I deranked twice then went on a 7 match winning streak to Master 1, after those deranks, I decided to replace Raigeki, 2nd copy of Thrust and Nibiru, for 2 Drolls and Red Reboot.
Extra Deck space is very tight, every Gem-Knight in it has its specific use that can be a game changer. I'd much prefer to have 4 slots for Super Poly but Light Dragon @ignister is too important because of Lunalight and it showed as very useful, I'm switching between Predaplant and Secreterion Dragon depending on which opponents I see more.
