Notes & Combos

Standard Madolche list with the restrictions. Thoughts on the deck:

  • Madolche is definitely very strong in this event. Mostly saw Branded Despia which Madolche has a solid matchup going first.
  • Main deck loses 1 Fenrir and Prosperity which I just replaced with Ramram and another Veiler. Ramram was funny as it can either be summoned off of Verns or your normal summon if you have Peting for a free Drident.
  • Extra deck loses Sistart, Donner, and Goddess which I replaced with Zoodiac package, Diamond Dire Wolf, and Gaia Charger. In retrospect, I'm not sure why I'm running Diamond Dire since Drident is strictly better, but there's plenty of space.
  • Keep in mind that full combo cannot get Salon without Sistart or Vern to trigger Glass, so search for Prom with the second Gelato.
  • Every card in main deck was clutch at some point except Mudora who kind of felt bad to draw into. He's supposed to just be a target for Forests. I originally also ran Keldo, but I stopped after having both in hand fairly early in my climb.
  • The only non-Madolche extra deck monster I summoned was Zoodiacs.
