3 Maxx C is probably too many. I bircked a lot with it.

Formula synchron is for the Halq + Borreload Savage play. If you don't care about the draw, you can drop it and just use shooting riser. (But note that there's only 1 Level 5 in this deck.)

You can also drop shooting riser instead, but shooting riser can give you some flexibility, especially when your combo gets disturbed. For example, if somehow you only have Halq + 1 magician + Time Pendulumgraph, then you can summon Shooting Riser with Halq, and

C1: Time Pendulumgraph pop 1 magician and your opponent's card

C2: Shooting Riser + magician syncrho into Baronne

Then you can send 1 more card to the GY with Time Pendulumgraph effect, because it didn't pop both cards successfully.

Dissolver + Synchron is nice for the following play:

1. Pend Sorcerer search both cards

2. Scale Dissolver, fusion summon Vortex Dragon (with Synchron in hand + something else).

3. Use Black Fang or Selene to revive Synchron.

4. Synchron effect, synchro summon Baronne with Synchron + Dissolver

But both of them are bricky (especially Dissolver).
