Notes & Combos

The first half of season 14 has been mostly the same as last season, with Mathmech, Swordsoul, and Runick being Endymion's main nemeses.

I cut Cerberus down to 2 in favor of adding Triple Tactics Talent, which so far has gone well. I haven't missed the third Cerberus and I've been loving the 17/23 ratio of monsters to Spells. Fewer monsters makes it easier to draw power Spells and build up Spell Counters with Upstart Goblin, etc.

As with last season, it's important to see Called by the Grave when going second against Mathmech and Branded. I've been using my draw Spells even before scaling Servant (only when going second in these match-ups) and that's allowed me to find CBTG several times. Sticking with 40-41 cards makes a difference.

The 1 copy of Magister continues to work fine in 40 cards.

Finally, the Odd-Eyes OTK (Rebellion Dragon and Overlord) has been showing up in some Endymion decks these last 2 months. I haven't felt the need, but if you want to run it, then I'd cut the second Selene and either Lyna or Avramax.
