Notes & Combos

Very fun deck and matchups well with most decks in the meta except backrow decks, and especially Runick stun. Very toxic matchup, not fun to play. The only out there is evenly, and you probably lose to keep whatever runick cards they have in hand. We play 46 because mathematically with 7 ways to loci, we should see that card in 58% of our matches. And this isn't including lines where you open princess + glamour to search loci. Regardless, we shouldn't have trouble seeing loci, and we want to avoid drawing twin, the only brick in the deck.

In most Rikka variants, you max out on loci and petal, but doing that means we have 6 normal summons. This makes the deck a little fragile to any interruption on that normal summon, so by cutting loci down to 2 and replacing it with one for one, it allows us to play through more interruptions, while also not relying on normal summoning to see our main combo.

One for one also provides us with a very interesting combo line with petal + one for one. Normal summon petal, search princess, activate one for one discard princess to special summon loci gets us to the sunavalon engine, while also giving us protection to monster handtraps cause princess is in the grave. The only thing of note with this line is that we are most likely going to have to search snowdrop w/ jasmin and summon mudan. This also makes it a little difficult to grab Rikka sheet with our Kon Kon, but it's still a really good line if you have even one other extender in hand.

This deck is really resilient and plays around interruption, and board breakers very well. The decks biggest weakness is traps, and evenly specifically but even if your opponent DRNM or Droplets your board, ending on strenna + sheet with princess in grave gives you 2 interruptions through most board breakers.
