Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the browser console => Paste the export code there => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code and hit Enter
  4. Save the deck
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

Probably my last D1 climb since Tearlaments are coming and they'll make Dark Magician unplayable. This is a similar list to the one I used to get Diamond 1 last season, it's still working perfectly. This is a pure Dark Magician deck adapted to compete against current meta.

How to play this deck:

  • Going first you want to lock your opponent with Village, Skill Drain or Summon Limit/Gozen Match with the ''DM Triangle'' if possible.
  • Going second you want to open Maxx ''C'', Super Poly, Dark Ruler No More or Evenly Matched to break their boards.
  • Maxx ''C'' at 3 because if it resolves going second you most likely win that duel drawing into your board breakers.
  • Superpoly was clutch against Spright decks, using it on I:P + Elf, summoning Earth Golemn or Diplexer Chimera against Live Twin Spright, while having some generic targets against dark decks like Branded, D-Link, etc.
  • I tested with more Super Poly targets like Diplexer Chimera, Almarduke and Predaplant Triphy as the last ED slot. I swapped Diplexer Chimera from my previous list to add Appolousa and I'm confortable with the change.
