Notes & Combos

Love this deck, but the timer is a problem, so sometimes you can't do the optimal plays, especially while having to check both Graveyards constantly or when Tear plays on your turn and you have to deal with that first before comboing.

Under Maxx C you go for deckout usually, unless it's some specific situation or you're able to go for a quick OTK.

Otherwise, there is no one specific combo line, you kinda adapt on the fly with the tools you have access with to end on a board.

Some specific combo tech, that is maybe not as known to everyone:

  • Keldo discard Kelbek to special summon and search Agido -> Trigger Kelbek in Grave (you have a Shuffler on board, that you can use, so you are mostly safe) -> because of Kelbek mill: you can trigger Agido that you searched to Special summon itself and Kelbek from Grave (for Dweller for example)
  • You have more ways than just the PUNK engine to go into Chaos Ruler: Diviner can also mill Diviner = Lvl 4 Tuner with any Level 4 Special Summon or Destrudo with many combinations on field; also if you already milled with other cards and have Tear or Thunder plays to go into Fusion monsters, you can revive a Ze Amin from Grave with Cross-Sheep to go into Chaos Ruler later in your combo
  • if you want to go into Zombie Vampire, but made Chaos Ruler without PUNKs and have no second Lvl 8 on board, you can use any monster revived with Dharc no matter its level as Rank 8 material
  • You don't have to use Cross-Sheep's effect immediately, when summoning a Fusion monster to it's arrows, you can summon any monster after that to the other arrow to trigger the revive effect (as long as the Fusion is still on the other arrow)
  • Curious is rather easy to make in this deck, usually with Dark monsters, but sometimes you can summon him with Earth monsters
