Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

I fought a fair amount of Infernoids so far in this event, but they were always running 40 card lists so I just assumed Grass was banned. Then I fought a 60 card list with a large Sky Striker engine and realized what I had to try.

Somehow muddled my way to a 14 winstreak with this list in spite of myself; it could have been longer had I not fumbled assembling lethal vs Magnet Warrior Adamancipator, but alas.

The Striker engine seemed way more unwieldy/win-more than just running generic draw spells. Eventually I realized that Tenshi's February Diamond 1 list has 59/60 maindeck cards still legal for this event, so I just copied it. Refer to their list for explanations on maindeck choices.

To replace Fairy Tail Snow, I went for Monster Reborn. I enjoy its sackiness and help with pushing for lethal, but another Infernoid name (probably Attondel #2) or Imperm are likely more correct choices.

The Skull fusion monsters are Elder Entity N'tss at home to be dumped by Tierra on summon. At least they can be banked for later. Likewise Ferrijit can be dumped as a hand fixer. Just remember that you don't have to dump those three - Tierra can dump other Tierra copies for Infernoid GY name fodder, which I occasionally forgot to consider.

Baronne is something I stole off my opponent's list - it gives me something else I can do with Decatron, e.g. one time I went Reasoning -> Decatron -> copy Antra -> bounce my own Lava Golem -> SS Dragon Ruler Blaster -> make Baronne. With link plays being much more restricted this event, Baronne's inclusion seems reasonably justified even if she conflicts with getting any additional Infernoids on board after being summoned.

Ningirsu is Unicorn at home. The 2+ Link monsters restriction is a huge inconvenience though. Usually I ended up only being able to access him with something like link Hiita -> SS their Ash Blossom + SS 1 name -> make Phoenix -> Ningirsu. Still feels like a reasonable inclusion though.

Apollousa is just there for something to do with leftover materials if I couldn't assemble lethal.
