Notes & Combos

Note to self: Never chase the 5-winstreak again.

After the fifth opening hand without Branded Fusion access with my Branded Bystial deck, I went insane for a bit and decided to build Branded Tear. I watched SolemnYugioh's Branded Tear list from a few months ago, replaced some URs I didn't have and cards that got limited with the Bystial engine and Garura, threw it into the ladder, and immediately got five wins. And the deck can still be better.

Possible changes:

• Crow is a bit redundant if I'm also playing the Bystials, but it does have other applications (like against Spright and EARTH pile). Might not be worth keeping though.
• Bystial Lubellion's only S/T target in this decklist is Branded Lost. I might add back Beast and/or Regained, but they're bricks when drawn.
• The Patchwork engine is still good, but I'm weighing it against King of the Swamp. Swamp can go into Rulkallos and Fusion Grapha, but Patchwork puts extra cards in your hand, and there are a lot of discards in this deck.
• Redoer and Verte are good emergency extenders, but they conflict with some Branded cards that lock you into Fusions.
• I would add Foolish Burial, Gold Sarc, Terraforming, and/or Grass if I had more UR mats.
