Notes & Combos

Notes about the deck: average endboard is Gabonga with Clatter Sploder or Boom Mach in GY, XYZ Armored Fortress with Full-Armored XYZ set, Wave High King Caesar, and SP. The RT engine is helpful in clearing backrow, since the deck previously relied on Gone Wild and Crazy Beast to do.

Modifications: switched from Agnumday to Zeus early on but neither came up at all. Utopic Ray Lancer and Crazy Beast came up a few times but can be switched out. Additionally, the XYZ Armor engine takes up lots of ED space so it can be replaced with other engines or strong lone cards. Candidates: Millennium engine (used previously; Zombie Vampire gains insight into opponent's deck and tailor endboard accordingly), Zoodiac engine w/ Invoker (did not experiment with yet), A Bao, I:P, RT link

Matchups: biggest opponents were KT and Branded, had around a 50% winrate. Fiendsmith line is important going second against KT to bypass level modulation. Branded has high recursion but lower power endboard so they need to be blitzed when you're going second. Struggled against some Man decks when I didn't see RT. Enneacraft was also rough when getting Shifter'd + the interactions were timed properly. Almost every other deck was relatively easy when I didn't brick.
