Kite lovers I present you Cipher, warning this deck/Archetype can't be played in ranked/competitive game. Those of you who don't know Kite Tenjo, Kite is a duelist from Zexal and then reappeared in Arc-V. His main archetype is Photon Galaxy where many most people consider Cipher a sub archetype of Galaxy Eyes. Throughout entire Arc-V he uses Ciper, not that he is an important character in Arc-V, I have played this deck because I couldn't play this deck in Duel Links because of expense. Truth be told this is Theme Chronicle only. The goal of this deck is to go second, Summon any of your Cipher main deck monsters XYZ Summon Cipher XYZ Monsters, steal your opponent's monsters and rank up with your opponent's monster and attack for game. Yes, you can say it's a theft deck. Go first you summon Number 23 or Galaxy Eyes Photon Lord, just one negate and luckily you draw some handtraps. That's all about it. I kind a enjoyed haven't uploaded any videos on streamable and you want some replays just knock me in QA, New Player Help, or Duel Request.
