Notes & Combos

My decklist hasn't changed for a couple months now, and for this month I only switched 1* TTT for 1* Druiswyrm. I tested a couple other options (like Stellar's list that runs Retaliating C, Pot of Extrav, Red Layer and a completely different extra deck) but I wasn't convinced by it and went back to my list instead. I also tried to keep track of which cards would have been best when I drew Druiswyrm and there were lots of spots where Druiswyrm was pretty good, while other cards had much more polarized results (either they were cracked or completely bricky/useless). Overall I think it's a pretty solid choice that also fits my preferences of running cards that are more all rounders, but in specific tournament or ladder settings it would make sense to switch the bystials out for some of those other cards.

For me this new meta has been particularly tough since much more people are running Droll compared to last month, and we also lost Cbtg which was an easy way to deal with it. The deck still can perform okay given Stellar reached 1700 pretty early on with their version.

If I made some changes I think it's worth considering 2nd Ripper over Rocks or Arc Rebellion, there are quite some games that can go the distance and where having a 2nd Ripper is very good.
