Overall very fun deck, I want to give a personal thanks to IndependentNewt1427 on Reddit he made a very extensive guide that was a great resource for this deck. Diabell engine also plays completely under Fuwa, deck dies to Droll though.

The simplest way to play the deck is to follow the lore timeline, start with your main starters normal Elzette and Astellar if it really comes down to it or even Silvy. Use them to get to get to Rciela and ensure you have a means to get both Elzette Azamina AND Diabellze to hand as they are necessary cards to bridge into the rest of your deck using Elzette Aza to get deception to make your Azamina, and Diabellze to get you Diabellstar Venegance.

Best case combo below

White Forest: Elzette send a card to get Silvy, normal summon Silvy add Tales of the White Forest, summon Rciela sending Tales and adding either Diabellze or Elzette Aza if you have access to both in hand your choice. Use Tales to get either Elzette Aza or Diabellze whichever is still needed and use Elzette Aza to summon herself and make Diabell, chain link 1 Elzette Aza to get Deception, chain 2 Diabell. At this point Nibiru is live but a non-issue.

Azamina: Use Deception you searched off Elzette Aza and send anything you do not need from hand or in a pinch use Silvy to get Rciela back to the extra deck and use her to get Hallowed Azamina. Activate Hallowed Azamina sned deception to summon Mu Rcielago and use her to search Wanted: Seeker. Activate Hallowed returning Elzette Aza to the deck (this is done to keep Aphes as useful as possible) and then activate Hallowed again and chain Wanted Seeker to it right after, this will add normal Diabellstar to your hand and also allow you to send Wanted to summon Ilia Silvia. If you did not use Silvy to return Rciela now is a good time to do so as she can be used with the Mu Rcielago you control to make Baronne or Chaos Angel.

Diabell: By now we should still have Diabellze in our hand and hopefully something to send for her effect if you only have junk monsters use Diabellstar to set Sinful Spoils of the White Forest instead and use that for Diabellze, we are going to assume you can just use Diabellze though, use her and send Curse of Diabell to the grave, adding Filia Diabell to hand which then adds Diabellstar Vengenace. Send Diabellstar Vengeance to the grave with normal Diabellstar and summon her back by banishing Filia and Curse (you can avoid Filia if you are nervous of Typhon) and bam there is your endboard!
