Notes & Combos

Had enough success with this list before the banlist, only differences were Terraforming and a second Gadarla for the PP (Planet Pathfinder) and the Magical Mallet. I fell into a losing streak in which I kept drawing too many Kaijus and no Numeron Networks or its searchers so I had to add more consistency. The whole thing about running SW (Small World) instead of PP is the flexibility it adds to your opening hands while not being hindered by Lava Golem's normal summon restriction with PP so I was hesitant to add it again but you will rarely open the single PP copy along Lava Golem and no SW.

Adding Belle was not only a good idea for denying Bystials from bodyblocking but just like PP, it has exceptional SW synergy with Eccentric which is the anchor of your bridges.

I'm only iffy about Magical Mallet for now. You go -1 just like with SW but without being able to choose what you get. It has a few useful cases, like when you open all spells and you need to get a monster for SW, when you need to get a piece of your bridge back into the deck for SW to work, or when you draw a handful of cards out of Maxx C but some of them are doubles. I thought on simply running a single Upstart Goblin but the free +1000 LP doesnt sound too good for Numeron despite being able to put 10k dmg on an empty board with Viper, so I'm open to suggestions until TTThrust comes out!

After the banlist, Tearlaments doesnt mill your deck as consistenly so now you should be even less worried about losing Numeron Calling. Although running 3 copies for longer grindy games still makes sense if you don't care about losing Extra Deck space. The worse matchups for me were Branded and Spright. For Branded you really need to open at least Duster or Lightning Storm and for Spright you need Maxx C or a lot of luck. I even considered swapping Lava Golem for Sphere after playing against five Spright players in a row but you can't search it with SW, you would need to open it together with Droplet or a Kaiju and it's also a brick against other decks like Exo's and Floo. Easiest matchup was Floo, by far.

Credits to X X I L for being such a cool dud, for all the Small World shenanigans that I picked up from their list and also for the wonderful Small World app they created. I will share the link for the bridges on this list down below in the replays section. I totally recommend this for any of you who consistenly use Small World in your lists, very neat and helpful.
