Notes & Combos
So this season I decided to try and get masters with 50 card Endymion. The cards I decided to add are the spellbook package alongside Jowgen and a copy of extra-foolish burial.
Notes about the deck
Jowgen
-The addition of Jowgen gives us another option vs maxx c, the card can also be recycled with Selene if it gets popped
-Jowgen can also be dumped for spell book of knowledge to the grave yard then ss by Selene providing you the ability to summon him after you pendulum summon
Spell Casters Village + Necrovally
-Both are good and arguments can be made for which is better but I like having options right now in the current meta so I run both there have been times where i have activated it and my opponent instantly scooped
Why 50 cards?
-50 cards allows me to play more garnetes and get away with it
-Desires is less likely to hit astrograph or banish three copies of the pendulum cards you play
Extra-Foolsih Burial
-Remember you can not set spell/trap cards the turn you activate this card so into the void can force you to banish the cards you have in hand
-N'tss can be used to pop any card your opponent has or to trigger Astrograph and clear a pendulum zone if you need
General info
-You can switch out unicorn or the rebellion dragon xyz's for any card you want in the extra such as more EFB targets or more link cards such as dark
-The only other EFB targets I have tested out are Herald of Arclight and Mereologic Aggregator.
-Herald I used alongside the souls package I just never found it all that useful
-Mereologic Aggregator I found some use for as it lets you target face up cards which means that it can be used partly as an anti flood gate card
-Bricking was rarely a problem for this deck as the amount of draw ower in this deck usally lets you draw into something
End notes
All in all the climb was fun and using a 50 card deck was really unique. Hopefully Kash and superheavy don't come anytime soon so we never have to see the rise of droll and lock.
