Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

If you are not familiar with Branded CyDra i explained the basic concept/playstyle in this decklist.

Droll/Ogre/Kaijus/Reboot were choices against the current meta, same reason i didn't play Super Poly, Droplet, Shufflers or Bystials. You can play Dragon Knight Draco-Equiste as a Super Poly target for Superheavy Samurai but your ED is tight as is and it's still pretty much dead vs. Lab/Kash and even Branded if they go Sanctifire.

I also decided to try only 1 Herz and didn't ever miss the 2nd one, i did however miss the 3rd Fallen of Albaz when i played 2.

Dark Hole/HFD/Raigeki/LS are a lot better without Tearlament being one of the most played decks and worst case scenario bait a negate, also means your Thrust is live 99% of the time.

Speakin of Thrust, it is one of the best cards in this deck bcuz you can either search a starter (both Emergency and BraFu are normal spells) or a board breaker (or even Imperm). Herald, Talent and DRNM are Thrust targets as well. I decided to play DRNM because vs. a ton of negates you can't OTK anyway and Tragedy + Ad Libitum give you a genuinly good T3 follow up.

With BraFu at 1 Kitt feels almost mandatory to play.

Without Super Poly and a bit more space in the ED i decided to play Fortress and Zeus. Fortress is really good because not only does it make playing Jizukiru viable it also gets rid of Regulus in a Superheavy Samurai endboard, sometimes if you also Jizukiru their board u can get rid of Baronne/Apo as well. Zeus never came up but sounded really good vs. Kash in theory. I played a 2nd Megafleet over Zeus for the longest time but it also only came up once or twice in like 100 games.

Masquerade is rly good should u almost OTK your opponent so i would pretty much always play it over Quaeritis.

Crossout/Nib/Frightfur Package/Fusion Deployment sound good but i didn't really have the space. Crossout instead of Herald and 1 Nib instead of the 1 Ash are things worth considering tho.

[66-18] from Silver 5 to Diamond 5

[187-135] from Silver 5 to Master 5 (made the mistake of trying to climb during early season bcuz S5->D5 was such a breeze but after a 10 day break it was doable)

Imo goes to show that this deck is rly good in lower elo but not that great in higher elo bcuz going 2nd isn't that great atm, at least if u decide to play this deck.
