Notes & Combos

Did the climb this season with DT, then switched to RT from D5 → M5 just to try something new, and honestly this deck is now one of my favorites.

Biggest issue with RT is there’s barely any room for non-engine. Because of that I only run cards that actually do something impactful, not just one-for-one trades.

Droplet is my main board breaker. It just works perfectly with the deck since you’re chaining so many quick plays anyway, so you’re not really losing value.

I tried Super Poly, but it felt too bricky and awkward most of the time. It can win games, but it didn’t come up enough for me. I ended up cutting it for Talent and more RT spells, which felt way smoother.

RT doesn’t really want to trade early. The deck is more about letting them do their thing, then breaking the board in one push. Because of that I don’t like running too many one-for-one hand traps.

Tenpai replay was funny as they could not deal with Krosea.

Overall the deck rewards good sequencing and patience. You don’t always need a crazy hand, just need to know when to go in.
