Yeah there are some real cards in this deck.
The gist with Skull Meister and Retaliating "C" are that they're level 4 handtraps that have great application vs Snake-Eye. Even if I can't actually use them as handtraps, I can normal them as a level 4 and use one of my extenders to access the Tellar combo line.
SHS engine serves to give me a Rank 4 without using a normal summon. Or a Baronne (if I use the bike) into pend summoning 2 rank 4s and going from there. Any spell/trap except for the Tellar and Armor cards can be cut to reduce anti-synergy with SHS. Can also cut the synchros and driver for a more flexible extra deck that focuses harder on XYZ (Bagooska come home).
