Notes & Combos
After shedding many tears and other bodily fiuids, I finally made Master 1 for the first time, with Gem Knight OTK.
I was having a really bad time throughout the last ranks, so I tinkered a ton with the list until landing on this beauty. Once I figured it out, I blitzed through Master 3 and 2 with a 4 and 5 win streak respectively. I cut the charmies since they're very unreliable and put you down a card, absolutely disastrous when you need every card in your hand to beat the stronger endboards you encounter (mainly Maliss). You'd rather draw a boardbreaker and just deal with the full setup. Chalice and Santa are personal picks, very flexible and feel good to use. You are very good at taking the Maxx C challenge, just make sure to save Hollowcore for Nib and hope for no Lancea. Overall, this deck is strong and I'd recommend it to anyone sick of losing coinflips.
