Notes & Combos
Here's Maximus Duel (my primary language is Spanish).
We reached Master 1.
With Ryu-ge, we enable the K9 play if we activate monsters in hand, so we want to avoid it if possible. The good thing about Ryu-ge is that most of its cards are Spells, so it has a chance going second against K9.
Anva is still a pretty strong card. Even though your opponents already know how to play it, never underestimate its power. If you know your opponent is saving an Interrupt to deny your field or a Key Card, you can always search for Anva and protect its resolution.
Wyrmwind isn't very good against K9 since XYZ monsters aren't affected.
The deck is quite consistent. The only situation that could hurt us is if we open with two green or two blue monsters, or both dinosaurs. If that happens, we should pray that a Seventh Monster saves the day, haha.
I never actually stole Nib, and when I did, it wasn't relevant. Why do I include it? Because Winds + Nib on the opponent's turn is very strong. I consider Moon's Cold quite strong; if I had more, I'd play it. It can help against K9 on their own turn. You might be wondering why I don't play Fuwalos or Purulia? What for? We don't need them.
Feel free to comment with any questions.
Replays
My channel has quite a few Ryu-ge duels. I haven't uploaded this season's video yet, but I will soon.
I made two deck guides in Spanish, including an explanation of the archetype, plays, and explained duels. One version is for beginners, and the other is for mastering the archetype with advanced plays. If you speak Spanish, I highly recommend it; if not, the subtitles might help.
