You can cut duamutef and synchro rumble for less bricks, I just use them for a higher ceiling and I'm personally ok with the trade off.
Going first if you have both horus and cent starter in hand, assuming you don't get hard disrupted, you can make photon lord, dragoon, auxila, blazar and with another crimson dragon target ready to go next turn. Imsety can make DmoD and that's usually what you summon out first, and the good thing about DmoD is that you don't have to have him on field to go into dragoon, so you can use him as lvl 8 synchro fodder or make photon lord with another horus monster. If you use DmoD to make photon lord, remember to detach him first so you can use the gaze spell to go into dragoon.
Evenly matched is goated for most matchups especially if you have 2 to bypass whatever negate they have, and the mulcharmies are basically there to facilitate drawing into them.
