This Season was really a HUGE GO FIRST OR GO HOME Meta... it was MISERABLE... ALL OF IT 😤😭

This Season was my first time facing the newest Meta SHS, which I already knew how it would be... and then just a few days before they introduced Snake-Eyes, which I really haven't faced much yet... but I will be honest, at least in my opinion, it is a re-skin of SHS 😔better? worse? they are just the same thing in terms of what the Meta are doing with them 🥲

• About my Deck:

CONQUISTADOR FREE!!! It DOES change things here! This Deck has a lot of recursion thanks to the Eldlich Engine, and a non target destroy recurring IS AN IMPACT. Before, many duels I have played, I have really wished I had one last non target destroy 😔... and now it is finally here, and it also makes me feel less bad when I use it as fodder discard 😁

In the Diamond Rank, I had 3 Drolls until I reached Master 3, and the new Snake-Eyes dropped, I swapped them for 3 Imperm... which honestly doesn't hit as hard as Droll on SHS, but it does hit everything else harder... aaaaand the was a lot of "Droll inmune Decks" in Master (Lab, Stun, Branded 🥲).

Kash got some hits, so I expected less will play them, so goodbye Zeus from ED... and FINALLY BACK WITH THE VAMPIRES!!! Then it turns out people still playing pure Kash 😤but I still kept them!

Vamp Fascinator can steal an opponent Monster from GY and tribute a Vamp to steal a Monster! Zombie Vamp has the condition that it can be Xyz with Monsters stolen from opponent REGARDLESS OF THEIR LEVEL!! So that is Removal + Mill 4 SS a Monster Milled. Or she can also go into Yuki Absolute!!

GO FIRST OR GO HOME!! That is this Season's Meta 😔

SHS going first is to draw C or Droll or drawing the most broken hand available, as they can bypass almost any other disruptions easily.

If I go first against them: The most impactful play is to destroy Wakaushi in response to it's Pend Scale effect, BANISH Bow when it is on the field... or even in the GY works too. ZW do make an impact by making them unable to use their Machine Link2s. Being able to keep ZW up do hurt them by make them do less plays including shutting down Regulus' summon.

The rest of the Meta was the usual Lab Stun Kash Mana Branded😔
