Notes & Combos
This deck is a blast, I really liked my list but there's a million ways to play and build it so find what works for you. For me everything in the extra deck came up at least a handful of times. I like my ratios. The only thing I did kinda different was no Fuwa. But honestly Fuwa never did enough for me. Lots of decks can still build a decent board under it, Maliss can generate a ton of resources before giving it a draw, Droll everywhere people just self drolled like if you Maxx C'd them. Droll being everywhere to begin with made this grind miserable.
Since 90% of my games where Maliss because I wanted to make it before the patch I just replaced Fuwa with Lancea and I instantly started seeing better results, 9 game win streak to M1. Even with the Ignister stuff it gimps their turn way harder and they can't self Droll it. The new cards give you plenty of gas to break through half boards, lancea can serve the same purpose as discard or tribute fodder for the azamina cards as Fuwa, and setting lancea as a spell card to send for cost came up A TON. So I ended up liking it way more. If Maliss dies after the ban list or you never see it feel free to replace it.
