Well, well, well. I think this is one of the best decks in the meta right now.
One of the issues Striker always had was consistency. There's like 12 1 card starters, but all of them die to any handtrap so the engine quality hasn't been exactly "ideal". You will draw starters most of the time, but you can't really play through handtraps well.
That's where the Radiant Typhoon engine comes in. Vision is a draw boost that is a good ash bait, Chant -> Eldam -> Swen -> Camellia almost always guarantee you the draw effect from engage - twice!
And even if the RT part gets negated you can still go through the main striker line, which is pretty crazy in my opinion. RT does fall flat going second but I think the merits are better than the disadvantages. At least the chances of losing going first is way lower.
ED is experimental. Exciton is really situational, and probably should be replaced with the third copy of Zero. Flux Ochsenfeld is good IMO, it's a super poly target against K9VS and Magnet Warrior, and there has been situations it could have been useful - though I never drew Super Poly against these matchups. Ah, well. Definitely better than Exciton though.
Speaking of Kewl Tune, this deck is very good on this matchup. Basically KT is weak at spot removal spamming and, well, this deck is pretty good at spamming spot removals. It's not a 100% guaranteed matchup as KT have play around (Kewl Tune Synchro is very strong) but most of the time Striker just obliterates the deck either going first or second. What are you going to do, against board breakers?
Personally bad matchups were K9VS and Radiant Typhoon, Striker doesn't have a lot of ways to stop both of them. RT is especially annoying because their interactions counter specifically quick play spell decks and Striker is one of them.
