Notes & Combos
I returned to Yu-Gi-Oh! after 8 years (quit when Link Summoning was introduced). Initially, ranked duels felt unbalanced, and it seemed like you had to spend lots of money and grind 200+ hours to enjoy the game.
Before quitting, I stumbled upon a video on Incarnate Exodia, looked simple yet strong enough to compete.
Combos are short, the deck isn’t meta but it is solid and straightforward. It helped me hit Level 20 in the September Duelist Cup 2025, all F2P.
- Suggest to Buy WCS 2025 bundle in shop (20 packs + cosmetics 2000 gems).
- Get lucky with UR pulls for Exodia Incarnate.
I decided to go all-in with my free gems and build it.
- Combo information:
You need to be wise, when to use your board
- 17 Opening plays to boost consistency any of them put a Exodia on board
- Maxx C, Mulcharmy and Nibiru for going 2nd.
Your best Board 1st turn if you don´t get Ash
- Exodia negate
- Azurune negate
- Exxod fires clean board
- Blue eyes negate
Other notes
- MVP 2nd win condition: Super Poly
- Nibiru can help to disrupt their board well timed.
- Snake-eyes Doomed Helps with nibiru token and Otk.
- Unsure of Ultimate Slayer and Infinite Impermanence vs Lava Golem. I swap that sometimes.
Lack of UR notes:
- Put Ghost because no UR for 3rd Ash.
- Relinquished Anima would replace Imduck Dog with UR.
- Play 3 Incarnate Exodia facing kashira if able UR.
- Remplace Khaos dragon (doesn´t destroy if you use their monsters card text was updated) with Knightmare Phoenix or PSY-Omega.
Replays
I have complaints about Master Duel Why is there no solo mode with all cards available for practice? Missed opportunity. The Other MVP is Dueling Nexus no need to install and you can try deck consistency there free vs a bot and make improvements.
Anyway Exodia Incarnate isn’t meta-breaking, but it´s easy to play and fun. Give it a try, any ideas to improve it are welcome.
