I managed to reach Dlv Max with Blue-Eyes, even though the deck wasn't very good in that format. I managed to string together several consecutive wins, and when I reached Dlv Max I had 7 straight wins. It was quite difficult because I was stuck at Dlv 15 and 16, but after playing with more patience I managed a series of wins, and here's the decklist. My tip is to always be patient when facing a Maxx C and try to play over that card, trying to get to a Blue-Eyes and then Majesty without giving your opponent a card draw. This strategy helped me a lot. The Primita engine was also essential because I could recycle Drillbeam several times, and that gave me a lot of advantage in the exhaustion game.
