i too poor for superheavy engine to put 4s on field, spent my gems pulling mitsu, luckily for the price of 2 URs we can kinda get the same thing with the performapal engine.
Since joker is a 4 himself, and either joker or monkeyboard are 1 card setups that gets scales on field, a lv4, and a draw when lizard pops itself after you do a pend summon. since orcust is so common on this event skull meister honestly aint even that bad, and going first it's also a 4 you can pend out if you need emergency materials.
as for the mathmech package, any 2 lv4s will get you UDF + superfac when you search circular off alembertian, circ send nabla summon, albert tribute itself get nabla, circ 2nd eff search the trap, nabla tribute itself get diameter, overlay diameter and circ into gagagaga magician eff summon alembertian, now you have 2 r4nks for UDF. zoo package just there to get you a quick pop if you have spare mats, you can sub it out for any generic ED stuff you want or a 2nd magius
