Notes & Combos
I have no idea how to play Artmage, but I was pleasently surprised by this deck. I caught onto the combos quickly and it was easy to play and I can see the appeal of the deck.
Fiendsmith was in a weird spot for it this time, since no Moon and only 1 Engraver, but Sanct and Theorealize worked well to help it along.
Nerva's full boardwipe, Finmel's Droplet effect and Diactoris' negate were all really good effects for making sure I didn't explode immediately after comboing.
Droll was a killer for the deck, but I only got hit by it once. I also didn't like the lock on Acropolis, which made going into FS much more annoying, and the reliance of it pitching Spell/Traps, which often meant pitching cards I wanted to use.
I was working on a limited budget for this one, thus the 2 Fusion Deployment and Medius instead of the 3 I wanted, but it ended up working, so I'm not complaining.
