Notes & Combos

THIS IS NOT A GOOD LIST TO CLIMB LADDER. Games take quite long since you always watch your enemy combo it out and you have to spend a good amount of time thinking of how to break their board and what plays you could potentially make to OTK while still being able to throw out Zeus/Zer'oll lock in case they have some answer to survive your battle phase.

This is a pure go second list. Your optimal setup is your opponent having 2 monsters with no backup, because you got rid of it with whatever else you have in your hand. This decks profits quite a bit from enemies having no clue what you're actually threatening.

As you need your opponent to have monsters on the board, this deck is very weak to backrow heavy decks, so Lightning Storm and Harpie's Feather Duster feel very natural.

If you really want to cut down to 40 cards, my cuts would be 1x Nyami, 1x Nauya, 1x Night Sword Serpent, 1x Monster Reborn, 1x Reptiliane Spawn and 1x Reptilianne Ramifications, but since most of these cards are very important to the deck and you're not unhappy at all to draw them, I don't like cutting them. You could also go for a 60 card version with Adventure Token and DPE or more handtraps. Remember to run Foolish Burial in that case!

Questionable Extra Deck monsters are Hydra, Melusine and Underworld Goddess. Everything else feels mandatory. Replace them with resilient cards or counters to be flexible. Final Sigma, Access Code Talker and Abyss Dweller seem most reasonable to me.
