Mixed XYZ/Synchro Scareclaw Tri-Brigade. Most of the time you'll be summoning Baronne when you do your usual Cat line, but Bagooska can be summoned when you get interrupted or have a sub-optimal hand where you can't get Visas on the board. I like mixing XYZ and Synchro variants because you have more lines with different hands, which increases consistency. The trade off is less tech space, you don't want to go over 40 cards with this deck.

Why Zephy instead of Cerburrel? Zephy lets you keep more cards in hand when you do your full-combo. While Cerburrel would guarantee that I can summon Baronne or let me extend into Arc Light, I prefer having more handtraps or guaranteed follow-up next turn. Also Zephy gives you more lines to summon Bagooska or even Baronne without using second Fraktall. If you're on budget, replace with Cerburrel, it's also good.
