Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code

  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the browser console => Paste the export code there => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code and hit Enter
  4. Save the deck
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

This will be the best Pure Melffy variant currently, imo.

The Fur Hire cards will make Pure Melffy much better very soon.

Biggest adjustment in this variant - Herald Lock. Staring contest with Rabby in hand and at least wally on board results in a 3200 reduction (without interruption) and 2100 from Rabby itself. This means the enemy cannot attack over the herald floodgate without removing Staring Contest first.

The only outs Tearlaments have : Field Spell, Chimera, Zoodiac Drident.

  • Chimera should not be able to be fused with this setup.
  • Field Spell should be popped by the Puppy/Kalantosa ASAP.
  • Drident is tricky. I run 2 heralds so that I can follow up with Hop Ear into a second Herald if necessary. You will herald the Drident effect so that Staring Contest is protected.

Forest searches for the spells / pinny / wally :

  • Tag is a great extender for lethal.
  • Hide and seek is great for turn 2 follow up. Draw 1, GY cycle. Can be used going first since it protects against things like Raigeki.
  • Staring Contest is great if you can cycle a beast in hand for Rabby. It becomes a card that HAS to be removed. If you get herald out, it's very hard to get over.
