Almost a standard "Invoked Dogmatika Shaddoll" Decklist.

Why would you run "Wind Pegasus" in this decklist ?

I like to run "Wind Pegasus" in the extradeck to bring monsters who are protected against being destroyed back to the deck/extra deck but it can also be useful if ure going up against decks like Eldlich or Sky Striker also generally useful to circumvent cards and effects like "Tri-Brigade Shuraig the Ominous Omen" ("sent to the graveyard") also its useful if you kinda brick and only have "Nadir Servant" left to use while going first, since you dont have a target for "Elder Entity N'tss" in that Case. Also its an SR so its easier obtainable then some other alternatives. TLDR the card can be quite useful and is a game changer in some match ups especially because a lot of people do not really know the card so a lot of people do not/forget to play around the card. It also has neat synergy with "PSY-Framelord Omega" especially against Eldlich and Skystriker can also help to get permenant spell or trap cards like "Imperial Order" or "Skill Drain" off of the field while "PSY-Framelord Omega" can get stuff like "Eldlich the Golden Lord" or "Sky Striker Ace Raye/Roze" from the grave into the deck keeping them from activating their graveyard effects. With "Dogamtika Maximus" ure able to recycle the eff of "Psy-Framelord Omega"

BE CAREFUL "WIND PEGASUS" CANNOT SHUFFLE CARDS IN EITHER GARVEYARD OR UNTARGETABLE ONES INTO THE DECK

Everything else is quite standard.
