Notes & Combos

This has got to be my favorite variant of P.U.N.K I have played. The main differences between this variant and my last season's variant is Instant Contact, Instant Fusion double Amazing Dragon and Dragite.

There are so many cool plays this variant can produce, pairing the insane draw power of the field spell with Upstart greatly hightens the chance you will see the fusion cards frequently. You absolutely can go 3x Upstart but I prefer the 2 with 1 Tactics for a potential handrip/hand knowledge turn 1 so I know what im dealing with. The tactics of course also flexes as a fantastic going second choice so you can definately play around with the ratios of Upstart and Tactics to what you like. And lastly on Upstart, we don't care about how much LP you give over since we are on Psychic End Punisher. Best part is you can turn the ghost girl handtraps and any fusion card into whatever Lvl 8 or 10 Synchro so a hand full of those isnt necessarily a hard brick.

Try to end on Dragite if you can, we maximise the chances of the Dragite negate being live by also playing both Water attribute E-Hero/Neos targets for Instant Fusion and Instant Contact and Rising Carp is also a Water. Millenium Eyes allow a more fragile hand to have a layer of protection against Veilers or Ash or other monsters on board for a turn 2 start. You can easily take out Millenium eyes if you wish though, I would still keep Instant Fusion as it can bring out the E-Hero Lv5 and I would personally add Rank 3 Cicada King to transform two dead lvl 3s into interaction (Wa-Gon and Spider). You can pull Cicada King for free from legacy packs by the way so you need some luck there!

Lastly I realised the value 2x Amazing Dragon brings, it can fix wierd hands by playing as an extender and if your oppenent cant remove it by turn 2 it continues to generate bodies.

Thank you for reading and best of luck in your games!
