Yes I always wanted to make an anime style chant for the summon of my boss monster and Bamboo Shoot is probably one of the most broken cards ever printed (if summoned properly).

This sunrikka combo variant has, thanks to the newly released cartorhyn (extra normal summon), a fairly consistent access to bamboo shoot. To be precise you have 7 starters (3x dai, 1x one for one, 3x Cartorhyn + Loci) to end on Bamboo Shoot + 4-6 other interruptions. If you achieve that you have set up an unbreakable board. Even if you "only" draw loci you will end up with the same winning board but with Rosewhip instead of Bamboo Shoot.

Going 2nd the combo is also small enough to play some going 2nd staples (you could even take out the therion engine for more space).

Since this version is not well equipped to deal with handtraps, it is slightly worse than the midrange sunrikka deck (I will play midrange in the 2nd phase). But its power level will make advancing in the 1st phase feel like a piece of cake.
