It's that time of the season when I decide to play fun decks - this time it's Vendreads.

Why 55 cards and not 60? Because reasons - the **** I know 😂

The goal is to set up as much as you can, turn 1 (like Baronne, Ghost Meets Girl trap, etc.), while going 2nd you just go for big Rituals to push for OTKs.

Zombie World is nuts here alongside Balerdroch and Mazera (I love Mazera here so much), as well as the mini Shiranui package (especially vs Runicks or Banish decks).

Savior being a pinch card comes up a lot, as well as Scar being your main Foolish target.

The deck is non-linear, so there's no real combo line. Main advice is to trigger Slayer's and Battlelord's effects as soon as possible in the GY to gain advantage from them, and then go for a certain board you think it's best (most likely something with Executor + another layer of disruption or protection).

I've tested both 2 and 3 Ghost Meets Girl traps - 2 feels better; it's really good for getting back resources like Anima for example.

Everything else is just Zombie and Ritual staples.

The deck can be bricky sometimes, but it's so satisfying to play, so I'd definitely recommend it - if you have the crafting materials for it, that is.
