I'm dying laughing that this works hahaha. Is it good? I don't know but thank you to the 7 duelists who lost to me in a row.
Presenting Elfnote R.B. The whole gist is that I was looking for another side engine to play R.B. with that would make 2 machines until the new earth machine support comes out. What I figured out is that you can do this with a couple of key cards that will become apparent as I explain the combo:
- Lucina search Regina
- Regina summon and special power patron
- Synchro into dawn dragster and power patron add Tinia
- Summon Tinia and activate to place Welcome Home (Do not activate this)
- Link dawn dragster into Clockwork Knight and pop Welcome Home to search Clockwork Night
- activate clockwork Night and now Tinia is a machine. Link 2 into booster
If you normal summon anything, like a dead fuwalos, you can even reborn dragster before going into booster by using Clockwork Knights other effect.
So in this combo, Elfnotes provide another consistency boost for R.B. They suck up handtraps and interactions going 2nd and more often than not Regina acts as an additional disruption in hand.
All the random synchros in the ED are because there is a worst case scenario of drawing just an R.B. part and power patron. In that case, you SS the RB part, normal power patron and synchro them and at least get Elfnote stuff going. This only happened once though and the rest of the time I was able to just go full RB.
