Despian Comedy helps the Runick matchup since if you tribute a monster in response to destruction/freezing curses/flashing fire they don't get to banish any cards

Shaddoll beast is mostly there as an upstart goblin but it can help if you get Maxx C'd and don't want to commit to making an actually good board; you can sit on Winda and pass instead. Spright struggles to get over her without exactly smashers or lava golem. If they don't hard draw the jet to search their 1x copy of smashers a lot of times Winda can make them have awkward turns.

Ghost ogre is the best handtrap vs Spright; it stops their Gigantic play if it resolves

Branded banishment can be used the same way since Gigantic is dark you can fuse it off their field so it isn't able to detach and resolve

The one lava golem, just draw it when you need it, its easy 😊
