I don't think this counts all that much for a Destiny Board deck but here you go, used this from Lvl 19-20 after switching between Sky Striker and Nemleria decks. I am not good at building decks and the ratios can be improved and I only had the UR for one 'Dark Spirit Messenger' you should run three of these. I didn't get the chance to resolve the Destiny Board wincon either, most people quit beforehand. I don't recommend this deck and got lucky with my matchups. The extra deck can also be improved I just kinda threw it together not really thinking I'd go into it much. I just added the 'Fallen' cards for the small Branded/ Dogmatika package and Baronne for the omni-negate. I don't play this deck much so I don't have much else to add. My hope is someone can make a better version of this deck as I am not interested too much in the game itself anymore, gotta make Under Siege 3 anyway.
