Notes & Combos
I'm too lazy to save replays (you can check my M1 lists for replays) so here's the guides to Supreme Lab:
Always prefer Soul of the supreme king to Big welcome. Z-Arc + Daruma/Trap tracks are the main combo, always try to get access to Soul of the supreme king and use Trap tracks to put Z-Arc in the Pendulum zone (it prevents Synchro, Xyz and Fusion monsters from activating their effects, a good floodgate. It also destroys card(s) that is added from deck to your opponent hand). Chain Daruma to Z-Arc summoned effect will destroy all card your opponent control and when you flip it face up it can't be targetted and can't be destroyed by card effects. If you don't have Trap tracks or Daruma don't worry because Soul of the supreme king second effect allows you to summon up to 4 bodies when your opponent activates a Spell card, it gives you a Spell/Trap negate or Monster negate and Brave-eyes negates all the activated effect of 0 Atk monsters even if they are in Hand, Gy, or Banishment, and 2 high atk bodies can be used to Link summon or lethal.
