Notes & Combos
General tip
- Always go second
- Maxx C on standby every time
- bait out hand traps to use thrust/talent
- bait out omni-negates before using evenly
- If you have no good spell card to grab with Shizuku, ending on Camellia is a great option for interruption even if you don't have linkage set.
- Use Shark Cannon on Promethean Princess to link with one of your own mon to cheat out Acesscode Talker, as well as deny her graveyard effect.
- Play around Kashtira Unicorn. Sky strikers deck heavily relies on the extra deck. Losing 1 kagari could very well be the difference between winning and losing the game.
Hardest Matchup:
- Literally everything
Easiest Matchup:
- Literally nothing
About the actual deck
This deck relies heavily on Thrust and Evenly match to equalize the game. This is why I run 3 copies of both. Once you able to clear the opponent board, play the grind game. Collecting all the resources then link into Access Codetalker + linkage to win you the game.
The Extra Decks
- This Version of Sky Striker doesn't run Selene because I don't run Veiler. This deck focus is on board breaking with evenly match.
- 2 Shizuku is surprisingly great, I thought that this would feel awful, but Camellia is also a great card to end your turn on as well.
- Engage Zero is very situational, I mainly use her for board breaking alongside evenly match. The negate effect rarely came up for me. You can change this with Hiita for easier link climb into Access Codetalker.
- Azalea is probably the most under used extra deck monster in this deck for me. I would reccomend changing her into something else like another SP little knight, Hiita or a third shizuku. She just feels clunky to use with the pop effect in this format. It doesn't really do much and her 3 spells in graveyard restriction hinders her a lot as well
That's it for this deck. If you have any questions, please ask. I'll try my best to answer.
