Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

Striker Returns for Season 50!

After flirting with VSK9 during laddering, I realized the deck wasn't really for me, as going first is a bit too trivial and going second even Izuna and Hollie Sue can be insufficient if you don't open a charmy.

Anyway, I decided to get a little wild with my tech choices for this season in rated, and it has been paying off well! I can honestly say every card that I have put into this deck has been pulling it's weight and has had some real all star moments! More than anything, it has been a blast and every game has been exicting.

This is NOT blind second!! We go first when given the choice!

Card explanation:

3x Upstart/Chicken Game: I have come to terms with Droll. Not every VS list is on this card because the attribute doesn't match, and the other decks don't get to get extra draws as much as something like Maliss, so it doesn't come up THAT much. (Also even in rated, sometimes people don't read chicken game and attack for zero damage lmao)

2x Talents/1x Talent: I thought I would be maxing on these because of the turn 0 handtraps in the meta...but everyone is scared of Striker using these and you don't play into Izuna so they won't often handtrap you (Also people are on Trap handtraps to beat Ripper). Still, they are good cards (just at lower numbers)

2x D.D. Designator: GOATed. Obviously Vanquish soul will show you their hand, but stuff like Dracotail adds back with Arthalion and Yummy will add back Surprise etc. (Just make sure the card you're calling is both NOT chainable and they have no way of getting out of the hand at quick effect speed!)

3x Double Cyclone: You don't need THAT much backrow removal this format, and this also doubles as the dracotail killer

3x Book of Eclipse: Amazing against Yummy and VSK9. Shuts off so much of their interaction AND clogs their board. My go to quick play board breaker this format!

Hercules Base: Unironically the most success I have ever seen with this black sheep of a card! Every board is full of weenies you can walk over for a draw two (and you need an efficient way to clean up boards after Book of Eclipse)

Zeus: A good amount of XYZ you can steal this format and turn into your own Zues!
